Apache Tear is a form of Black Obsidian, though a little gentler in its approach. This is the stone to use while working through grief and long held grievances.

This crystal promotes forgiveness and allows you to remove any self-imitating beliefs.

Apache Tears is protecting, grounding and supportive through times of stress and unease.
